Do I need audio branding?
Not every brand, business, or organization needs audio branding.
But if you have any branded media content online (such as videos, podcasts, social media clips) then tailored audio branding is essential because it connects what people are hearing to your business. The content may be great, but if people don't connect it to you then it simply won't help you convert.

Do I need to sign a contract?
No! We don't require contracts. Our subscription products can be cancelled any time you'd like before the renewal date.
Why are your prices so... reasonable?
We truly believe that great audio branding should be accessible to every business––so spread the word! Many agencies are overstaffed, expensive to run, and not keeping up with AI technologies. We keep prices down by working digitally, keeping overheads low and our team small, and by focussing only on what we do best and most efficiently.
But if you'd prefer, we can charge you more! ;)
Do you offer free revisions?
We do! All our work comes with unlimited, free revisions as standard. This means that we will tweak what we have made for you to your heart's content.
There are only extra charges if you want us to create a completely new concept, or one which is significantly different from the initial briefing you gave us.
Will I own the rights to my sounds?
Yes! All of our packages come with full exclusive commercial rights. You may use the sounds however and wherever you'd like with no restrictions. No one else may ever use or copy them–including us. Contracts can be provided upon request.
However, it is up to you if you'd like to apply for formal, legal copyright protection on your sounds. We are unable to offer this service.
What is your refund policy?
Because of the nature of our work in custom-made, digital assets, it is not possible to offer refunds. However, all our packages come with unlimited revisions to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your order.
What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?
